Suma Break up D3.5 1x10L - Aluminium safe, heavy duty degreaser

Suma Break up D3.5 is a concentrated liquid degreaser for cleaning of heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen.

Suma Break up D3.5 is an alkaline liquid detergent suitable for manual cleaning of all heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen, like floors, walls, equipment, cooker hoods and cooker tops. It is an optimal product for wetting of surfaces and effective removal of all kinds of grease and dried-on food. The formulation is balanced in such a way that the product is safe for use on aluminium surfaces. Suma Break up 3.5 is especially suitable for cleaning of floors either manually with a mop system or with low pressure spray equipment.

Powerful formulation cuts through heavy grease and leaves clean and shiny surfaces. Dissolves soil and holds it in solution, preventing redeposition. Formulated to be safe for use on aluminium. Suitable for use in foaming equipment.

General cleaning method: Apply solution to surface with cloth, pad, trigger spray or low pressure spray equipment.Clean with cloth or brush.Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry. Floor cleaning: Minimum recommended dosing of 10ml/l* in hot water.Apply the solution with a mop.Clean and remove the dirt with a mop.Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry. Floor cleaning with scrubber and squeegee / wet vacuum cleaner: Minimum recommended dosing of 10 ml/l* in warm water.Apply the solution with floor scrubber or with low pressure spray equipment.Remove dirt with squeegee or with wet vacuum cleaner.Rinse with water and remove again with squeegee or wet vacuum cleaner. Fryer cleaning: Drain oil and close valve.Fill with water to almost oil fill level.Add 1l* Suma Break up D3.5 for every 10l of water (10% solution). Check oil capacity for fill level.Turn on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 15 minutes.After cooling and draining, scrub remaining residues from side walls and heating elements with a scourer pad or brush.Rinse twice with clean, hot water and allow to air dry.
