Suma Café Clean C2.4 6x2L - Liquid coffee machine cleaner

Suma Café Clean is an alkaline detergent specially formulated for removal of coffee-, tea-, cocoa- and milk stains in coffee vending machines. It contains a blend of alkali for effective removal of fats and proteins and active chlorine for the removal of tea and coffee stains. The formulation also contains scale control agents, which prevent scaling caused by hard water.

General machine cleaning: clean and rinse the machine as directed by machine supplier. Brush parts if necessary.Vending / Coffee / Espresso machine: Prepare a solution of 2 doses (40ml) of Suma Café Clean in 8L of warm water (40-50ºC).Immerse machine parts for 15 minutes.Rinse with clean water. Cappuccino machine / Soaking: For soaking, prepare a solution of 2 doses (40ml) of Suma Café Clean in 8L of warm water (40-50ºC).Soak machine parts for 15 minutes.Rinse with clean water. Cappuccino machine / Flushing: To flush machine prepare a solution of 1 dose (20ml)/L water.Flush the machine and rinse with clean water. Coffee container / Thermos flask / Coffee decanter: Add 1 dose (20 ml) of Suma Café Clean in the thermos flask / coffee decanter or add 1 dose (20 ml)/4L water if larger containers are used.Fill with warm water (40-50ºC).Soak for 15 minutes.Rinse with clean water. For heavily soiled items, a higher concentration may be required.
