Kompleet is a detergent additive containing a blend of sequestrants and surfactant based defoamers for direct addition to caustic liquor and is used in bottlewashing and CIP applications.

Kompleet is a liquid detergent additive suitable for direct addition to caustic liquor.Kompleet can be used as an additive to Nitric Acid cleaning solutions to improve cleaning of stubborn dairy soil.Kompleet produces a fully formulated caustic detergent which provides a complete solution for detergency, scale inhibition and foam control for bottlewashing and CIP applications.Kompleet is also highly effective at removing rust ring and controlling aluminium in bottlewashing applications when used in conjunction with caustic.

Kompleet should be blended with caustic soda liquor (30-48%) at concentrations between 10-40% w/w (9.5-38% v/v), based on 100% NaOH, depending on application, soil loading and water hardness. Optimal foam control is obtained at temperatures above 45˚C. Kompleet containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.Kompleet can be used as an additive to nitric acid cleanig solutions to improve cleaning of stubborn dairy soil. Use concentration 0.2 -0.3% w/w.
