• Kristalle is a concentrated low foaming and free rinsing liquid surfactant additive used to aid wetting and detergency. • Kristalle has been developed to enhance the performance of peracetic acid based disinfectants during aseptic filling package pre-rinsing operations. • Kristalle reduces the surface tension of PAA solutions to promote effective contact with all packaging materials including hydrophobic plastics surfaces. • Kristalle has been developed for use with PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles. • Kristalle aids soil penetration, removal and dispersion during cleaning operations. • Kristalle can also be used as a spray for sleever lubrication.

Kullanım Talimatları
Kristalle is dosed proportionally with the amount of PAA used, feed rates will vary but are typically around 50-200 mg/l. Kristalle is used for CIP applications at 0.1-2% w/w at temperatures ranging from ambient to 80˚C. Compatibility with packaging should always be confirmed before use.
