Suma Degreaser Pur-Eco D3.9 is a concentrated liquid degreaser for cleaning heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen. EU Flower accredited.

Suma Degreaser Eco-Pur D3.9 is an alkaline liquid detergent suitable for manual cleaning of all heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen, like equipment, cooker hoods and cooker tops, tables etc. The product is very good for wetting of surfaces, and very effective for removal of all kinds of grease and dried-on food. Suma Degreaser Pur-Eco D3.9 can also be used in neat form for daily cleaning of the ovens.

Powerful formulation cuts through heavy grease and leaves clean and shiny surfaces. Dissolves soil and holds it in solution, preventing re-deposition. Suitable for use in foaming equipment.

General cleaning method: Apply solution 10-30ml/l* to surface with cloth, pad or low pressure spray equipment.Clean with cloth or brush.Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry. Soaking: Immerse in a solution of 10 ml/l* product per litre of hot water.Scrub or brush to remove heavy deposits.Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry. Fryer cleaning: Drain oil and close valve.Fill with water to almost oil fill level.Add 1L of product for every 10L of water (9,1%). Check oil capacity for fill level.Turn on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 60 minutes.Let cool. Drain. Scrub remaining residues from side walls and heating elements with a scourer pad or brush.Rinse twice with clean, hot water and allow to air dry. Oven cleaning: Apply the neat product with a brush onto the hot oven surfaces (<70˚C).Leave for 15 minutes. Scrub the surfaces clean.Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
